refresh problems

Hello, I’m going to try to explain my problem, but is difficult to me because the language.
I’m doing customizations of the theme for my web, things like color, typography, header style, etc… The problem is when I save changes and refresh the site changes has not updated, there are no changes in the style.
The one solution to see this changes is enter to the dashboard, go to home page, update (althought I didn’t modify anything) and then refresh the site. Only by this way I can see the changes.
I know that isn’t normal because is the first time I experience this fail but it’s being very annoying.
Could someone tell me any solution??
