Redirect Page Not Redirecting

    I setup the redirect page under theme options in the Aegaeus Theme, but it just hangs and never redirects. I added the redirect URL to the page and reduced the timer value to 5 but it never redirects:

    http://arsincaz.com/redirect/

    Any advice on settings? Suggestions?
