Really strange permalink bug

This is a weird issue I am having with all of my High End websites:

When I edit a page using the front end composer, then save it, it renames the page to a another post, and even changes the URL. I then have to go to that page and manually change the name and URL back to the original page name that I was editing, or it’s impossible to retrieve. Have you heard of that problem?
