"Read more" button not working

I have a few blog posts up, and I just checked the website. When I click on the “read more” button on a post, it takes me directly to the homepage. How can I fix this? I’ve referenced this artice:

But I don’t have the “HighendWP > includes > classic-blog > post-description.php” section.

Please help!
