Re-install theme without loosing info and rebuild site

    Hi!
    I would like to reinstall Highend theme to rebuild my website from scratch in wordpress, but meanwhile I would like people be able to see the old site while I’m rebuilding the new one (the old one is in wordpress too).
    How can I do this??
