Purchase Promises Unclear

I just purchased the Highend WP Theme. The advertisement said the plugins are free including the Visual Composer. However, after installing it, it says it needs to be updated, and there is a fee for the update. Also, your site says that if the theme is purchased today, installations are free. I do not see where I can get help with that. You charge $49 for installing, and there are no clear instructions for redeeming your free offer. Your help with these two items would be appreciated.
