Publisher feature

    Hello,
    In Aegaeus WP Theme, I do not have access to the Publisher feature.
    Is it normal?
    Or can you tell me how to access the code?
    For example, I receive this error message:
    Warning: Can not modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at/homepages/22/d525968891/htdocs/spacedevieberdine/wp-content/plugins/screets-chat/core/fn.init.php:453) in /homepages/22/d525968891/htdocs/spacedevieberdine/wp-includes/option.php on line 787
    and I do not have the opportunity to intervene.
