I am not really making any progress in using Highend and have spent more time and energy on trying to get it to work than I paid for this premium theme.

    To begin with:
    1. I clicked on customize to see that could be modified in that. On the main page, there are several Color tabs that could be selected. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE COLOR BUTTONS WERE BLANK. No default colors were defined that matched the colors in the theme.
    2. WP says that there is an update for the LayerSlider WP, but trying to update it fails with no reason why.
    3. Highend Plugins – Visual Composer is installed and active, but it does not appear in the list of plugins. Instead, there is something called WPBakery Page Builder is installed instead and the documents in Highend do not match.
    4. Reading through the documentation I have yet to find out how to change the header background image or color. Name references within the documentation do not always match what is referenced in the site developer. I thought I was changing the background color for the header, but nothing happened. Never could get a background image loaded into the header. I would have liked a full-width image logo in the header, but no such thing exists as far as I can tell.
    5. You videos page is a JOKE. You provide a button to video in the documentation that goes to one page with multiple videos. I clicked the video button for “Set Up Featured Section,” but there is no such video on that page. I searched using various words. If you’re going to do it. DO IT RIGHT and take the user to the exact video they are seeking. Not a full page where the video they are seeking DOES NOT EXIST!
    6. Additionally, your Highend Options page is a PAIN to navigate. These things should have been put into the Customize menu where the user can immediately see the results of their changes. Instead, I have to click on an item, then click the “VIEW SITE” in the Dashboard to figure out what happened.

This is not going to work. It is poorly laid out, difficult to manage and see what is being done with settings.

It is taking too much time trying to figure this out and my time is spent spinning my wheels trying to find correct documentation to make this work the way I want. I am going back to a WYSIWYG editor. I could continue, but that is enough of my time.

    Please REFUND my purchase.
