Problems using rows

Hello. I’ve been meaning to ask this question since using this theme. Is there a way to be able to still move blocks around when using rows in the backend editor? I find that if I’ve inserted a row, then I’m unable to move things around (example text block or heading) as they just kind of stretch on the screen and don’t go anywhere (hoping you know what I mean…).

Is there a way around this as it’s really frustrating.
