Problems in Search Results

Hi,
I noticed the search results page is having some issues, searched other threads but not find understandable solution:

1. It shows the short codes and scripts.

2. When just press enter without any keyword, results show the source code of the pages.

3. It shows the sub-title as a start reducing the readability.

The links are given in private reply for each case.
Can you please check and advise is there a solution? I do know i can select and hide pages from search but want them to be shown with the correct content.
