problem with variation tab in product data within woo commerce

Dear developer,

i have a problem with the VARIATION tab in product data within WOOCOMMERCE.
i have been in contact with them and they tell me to check with my theme developers, in this case HIGHEND

i am desperate to solve this. i need to move on with webshop and i can’t add sizes nor colors and stocks….etc
i really need that tab

please HELP!!!!!
