problem with under construction mode

    hi, i have knocked up an under construction page and enabled the setting.
    I have only 1 page which i have named ” new website coming soon”
    I have hit save/publish but my homepage isnt displaying the page. (take a look)
    Please help i really need something showing as i re build my site.
