Problem with switching my simple product to a variable

Hi, working on the products i’ve come across a problem with switching a simple product to a variable. I recently upgraded the amount of variables with my server to 4000. I’m also unable to bulk make changes on my variation page of the product i’m working on. I was advised to contact you and look into the plug in i’m using for this..they mentioned i may have exceeded the allowance of it’s capacity to work correctly. I would appreciate some help.
