Problem with a layer into revolutionslaider

Hello,

I put a transparent layer below an HTML form into a slide, but when watch the slide in other display, I can appreciate which the layer isn’t responsive the layer is into the Layers Grid of the slider, and i don’t know for what isn’t responsive.

this is the style of the layer:

And the styles:

.tp-caption.transparentbackground, .transparentbackground

Please I need help with this because the layer is in the home page, and isn’t responsive, I speak before about this in this post, but I can’t fix.
