Preventing Title URL in Sidebar from changing title color

Hello. I’m using the recent posts extended widget in my sidebar, and when I add a Title URL, it changes the title color, in my case from red to blue. Is there a way to either a) disable the automatic color change so I can include a Title URL but have the color remain red or b) include the Title URL, have the color remain red, then change color to blue with hover?
