Pre-Footer not showing on mobile device.

Hello,
New to HighEnd, love it but for a few nagging problems. The pre-footer does not appear on small mobile devices such as phone, while it does appear on iPad. Also, the top header bar won’t appear on a single line on either iPad or phone, in the phone number block on the top left. The block won’t auto size fit on mobile devices, causing the phone number to drop a line and make the block look unclean and disjointed. Site is http://www.VoiVolete.com.

I had a similar problem with the naviagation bar icon not showing on phones, but fixed it with the CSS edit I found in the forum. But couldn’t find a fix for the pre-footer nor the header bar spacing.
