Post update problems

Hi guys, there are several problems after the update:

1. I get this in the WP Admin:
The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Revolution Slider and Visual Composer – Live Drag & Drop Page Builder.
These Plugins seem to be updated. Is this a real problem?

2. I have a OnePage page; when the menu is sticky, the stricky menu gets dis-aligned – it gets to the right of the screen, it even does not display the right-most menu item.

No others so far, thx!
