Post grid and footer

Hi, i’m having some trouble with my post grid on my front page and my footer.

Sometimes when i view my home page the post grid doesn’t load, even though when i go back in to edit it it is definitely there. The background photos of some of my front page rows also don’t load immediately/at all and i have to reload a couple of times before it shows.

Also, the footer is all being squished to the left hand side so it loses its functionality. This has been happening for some time and would usually reload correctly when refreshed, but now i can’t get it to work at all.
