portfolio titles not showing on mobile device

Hi – The hover to show portfolio titles on the portfolio grid is fine for desktop but doesn’t translate to mobile touch – is there a way to have the portfolio grid hover titles always visible on mobile?

also – is there a way to get the portfolio grid to load progressively as it takes a long time to load when there are lots of items
