Portfolio title overlay for mobile devices?

    I love the portfolio title rollover feature for the desktop version of my site, however, as rollovers don’t really work with mobile devices, I would like the overlay with portfolio title to display over the thumbnail images all the time on a mobile device. Is this possible?
