Portfolio Picture – Removing Dates

Hey,

I have attached a picture of a portfolio item that is currently on my site.

When you hover over it it shows the Name and Date, i have seen on your website demo’s this without the date and would like to know how to do this.

Another thing i seen in another topic was about removing the link feature, so it won’t redirect you else where. I believe it has something to do with editing the short code for it.

If you give a quick run down on how to achieve this that would be great.
