portfolio items are showing up twice

I’ve tried many of the settings all throughout the site to figure this out and I have NO clue why these are showing up like this.

The first row is just thumbnails without a title, the second row is the same items only with the portfolio title. As of now, I only have 4 items in the portfolio.

Please help…I love the possibilities I have with this theme, but all the settings are becoming overwhelming :/
