Portfolio issues

Hi,

I’m a bit confused with the Portfolio section. The ‘Create Portfolio’ documentation doesnt seem to mention the ‘Ess Grid’ – but that seems to be what it’s built with.
I’ve tried to add a new image to that ‘Ess Grid’ – but it’s not showing up.
I tried to Edit an Existing Photo, but the Title isnt changing.
I added new Categories – but they are not showing up as filters.
Also – I want to use the Portfolio option 3 but I cant delete or edit the Main Menu. It gives me this with no option to say yes:
