Portfolio Categories

Hi, I’m building a site using the Highend theme and I have several different portfolio categories. Many of my portfolio posts will be included under more than one category, so I need them to pull up on each of the corresponding portfolio pages. As I understand it, the portfolio templates only allow you to Exclude categories. Is there a way to set it up to tell it to INCLUDE instead of EXCLUDE?

For example, say the categories I have are Print, Web and Photography. Each category has a separate portfolio template page that is told to Exclude the other two categories. A project could fall under both Print and Photography, but not all Print projects are also Photography projects. So, if I mark the project post as both Print and Photography, it won’t show up on either the Print or Photography portfolio page because it will be EXCLUDED by both pages since it includes one of the excluded categories. I want it to show on BOTH pages. Right now, the only way I’ve figured out how to make that happen is to create a Print & Photography category separate from the individual categories and not excluding it from the pages.
