Plugins missing in Theme zip file

Hi, I purchased the HighEnd theme with a 50% off coupon that said it included the following plugins:

– Visual Composer ($28)
– Essential Grid ($25) *added in 2.0 version*
– Revolution Slider ($18)
– LayerSlider ($17)
– Icomoon Icons ($59)

I don’t see any of these. When I go into the dashboard to install the plugins, it says “Private Repository” and links to a 404 error page.

How do I get all these plugins? I’m also looking for the Visual Composer – Live Drag & Drop Builder as well.
