Pls Explain Unusual Error Message in General Theme Options?

    I’ve have this “Custom CSS” red-x notice or mark in WP dashboard: Appearance > Highend Theme Options > General Settings. (pls refer to attachment)

    Is it a problem or issue I need to fix?
