Please help me with my blog layout.

I posted this yesterday but didn’t get a response – I think it got lost amongst all of the other support questions you have.

Anyway, I just bought the Highend theme, and want to use it as a blog layout. I’m struggling to see how to get it to do what I want. Basically, I want the latest/most recent post to appear as a large, full width post at the top of the page – and then each post after this to appear in two columns. To give you an example, I want the layout of the featured post / 2-columns to look almost exactly like this website: http://www.creativeboom.com/

Can you please let me know how I need to set up the blog to do this? Hopefully it’s something simple! Thank you in advance.
