Please help:

I’m looking for the code to make my theme footer look like the on photo in this email. I accidentally erased information when I was trying to replace the diamond logo in the footer and I must have erased to much info. My site is lifesportsandhealth.com if you look from a desk top you can see my footer is screwed up. Please also let me know what I need to replace to upload my logo in the presence of the diamond in the footer so I don’t screw up after you send me the proper coding to get my footer looking normal again with the columns.
