Picture affect on website

    I have a very picture heavy and page heavy website. I noticed in my Bluehost account that for my website is the following file sizes.

    If I keep adding pictures and pages will this bar get full and my website crash? or are there any problems that can arise from adding more pages and images? I have an unlimited but shared hosting account with Bluehost. My website is http://www.streetbusinesses.com

    I’m not very tech savvy.
