PHP size for WordPress (Highend System Diagnostic Message)

Hi, 3 messages below appeared before I’m started to install the Highend Demo. My server w/Bluehost says, my WP Memory is “maxed” and the “PHP time” is in range.

Should I ignore the messages and go ahead with the install?

Message #1 – Pls. see attachment

Message #2-3:
PHP Time Limit: 400Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 seconds.
PHP Max Input Time: 300Recommended max_input_time should be at least 300 seconds.
