photography layout with hidden menu in the left

Hi,

I need to set my site with Left menu, but hidden and onlicking the menu icon, its should slide out from the left.
This effect is available in the presentation layout, but on the right hand side.

So I need the photography layout with menu style of presentation, but on the left hand side.

Basically I need to make my site similar to this site:
virginlimitededition.com/en/kasbah-tamadot.

Also possible to insert the “Contact Us” form in the menu area (the Contact Us form icon on the right corner).
