phone number at top on mobile

One of my selling features to sell design is phone number at the top of mobile device. All my other themes have it along with the pinch and stretch zoom etc. I know that part cannot be done as I have asked and no solution on highend, but i really need the phone number to show at top. I have it in the top bar. I could place it in h2 but rather not.
