Paragraph spacing changes after updates

I’ve had the same problem since I set up the pages for my website (www.teamworkinnovationz.com). Often, when I edit pages that have pictures and text, if I make any change at all, or update the page, the spacing of the paragraphs change. Even though it looks correct visually, or if I make a change in the text area (ie- only change a word spelling), it will change the spacing during the update.

Any thoughts as to why this always happens and is there a way to prevent it from happening.

I eventually get the page to look like I want but the spacing looks crazy in the editing mode.
