Paid installation

    I have paid for the installation and setup. It has been 4 days since I paid the USD49 fee. But nothing has been done. What is going on?

    Despite me sending in messages after messages, no one is responding. My purchase code is 5622162d-3440-44a5-ba4e-22770a141f38 and the installer assigned is Parker Smith.

    I am also requesting for a free installation and demo now please, and please refund the USD49 installation fee that I paid…

    I have been waiting for a few days now and I really need to get going.
