Paid installation issues

    I purchased the high end theme and paid installation and at the end of the purchase, after choosing the domain, it stated more information was needed. It did not let me know what information was needed and I was told by Blue Host that I needed to contact you.

    Can you please advise me what is needed so this process can move forward.
