Pages problems still now solved!

After a recent “fix” by your help desk, I’m left with the following problems, which you never addressed in follow-up emails.

Your team deactivated several of my plugins, including W3 Cache and SEO.

Questions:

1. I’ve been working so hard on SEO for each of my pages. I reactivated the plug-in, but had the same problem as before, so I deactivated it again. I paid for this plug-in, and now it doesn’t work with the Highend theme. What do you plan to do about it?

2. My W3 Cache is still deactivated, and I’ve reported the following problem no less than 3 times. Please fix it!
Last time I deactivated the W3 Cache, I got the following error message on reactivating. Will that still be a problem?
FTP credentials don’t allow to delete folder /hermes/bosnaweb05a/b943/sl.patriciamnewman/public_html/newsite/wp-content/cache/config
W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
Please execute commands manually or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.
