Pages of disabled Woocommerce can penalize SEO positioning?

    Hello I want launch my website with Highend with the Woocommerce disabled, the pages of the shop can penalize the SEO positioning of my website? like duplicates pages, or something?

    And other question, Highend can makes a sitemap.xml or I need install some plugin?
