Pages Not Loading After Update

Ever since I updated my wordpress my site has not been running the same. I have HighEnd theme on my wordpress site.
A friend of mine helped set the site up, so I don’t speak code, but I have been the one to build the site’s content/pages since it’s been up and running.
Basically now I can’t see any of the changes I make to my pages, the customization tab doesn’t work in “Highend Options” and no matter the browser I use my site isn’t loading. I just get the loading image and no pages ever load.
What should I do to fix this?!
