Page titles are repeated in tabs

For example, the title of the home page reads like this: Home – Understanding The ManUnderstanding The man

If I go in to “customize” to change the site title and remove the site title — Understanding The Man — it shows this: Home –

Nothing really crazy. Just something that I’ve been meaning to fix.
