Page Title and Subtitle on site with multiple languages

On each page in the General Settings, there is the option to set a page title and subtitle.

The problem is that our site is in three different languages. So when I set the title and subtitle of a page on the English side, the same title and subtitle show up on that page of the other languages. This doesn’t make sense because for example on a website in Spanish, the title shouldn’t be in English.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix this. Thanks!
