page seems to be in a loop

Hi there,
everything was working fine, I started to do some
a)general back ups
b) try to create a page with no sidebar to show up in the page attributes.
Suddenly, the pages started to show up 3 times on the screen and I lost some CSS.
I got a older copy/back up to delete all the changes, but the problem does not go away.
There is no new plugin and all have been disabled. I am using old version of them because there were substantial changes in the past, and I have not used the site for a year.

Yes, the sidebar is gone! and I deleted the file created to remove the sidebar 🙁
