Page lay-out of article page

Hi,

I am still in development for the site but at the moment on the final location.

I created a blog-grid page from where I click to the blog itself.

This click lands on this page:
http://www.2-wielers.nl/indexwp.php/?p=200/

I have 3 requests:
1. The lay-out is not really like I want it. On the right side there is a white area. Is it possible to get this transparant as well?
2. I don’t want to display the meta data (post date, posted by). Can I remove this?
3. Is it possible to create a vertical menu on the left which only shows when people visit the pages below the menu item ‘TEST’?

PS. Because the site is still in dev I added indexwp.php in the URL, otherwise you will still get the old website.
