Page Elements Alignment

Please tell me what I am doing wrong or not doing properly in the Front End view that results in the mess on the attached “Preview” mode that will appear on the internet. I tried to attach the “Front End screen shot but apparently the file size was too big. I hope you can figure out how I had the content arranged in the Front End view. Thank you in advance for your help.
