Page and post backgraound color

I like the Default – Minimal Blue colour scheme and just want to change the colour of all pages and post pages to be white.

I have tried doing this by switching to Colour Customizer and then just adjusting the page background colours, but somehow then all colours change (menu hover colors and more change).

How can I do this?
