Overall website minimum width

    Hello,

    I would like to constrain my website to have an overall minimum width of 700px, however when I apply this min-width to overall wrappers (hb-wrap, main-content, etc) the full-width sections within the site continue to scale and some weird stuff happens.

    Can you please advise as to how I can put a min-width on the overall site.
