Open Lightbox using the theme-supplied button

Hi,
I’m using Lightbox Plus Colorbox plugin to create a lightbox.
I would like to have it activated using the theme-supplied button in the content area, however, I’ve been unable to link it with the generated shortcode for lightbox.
I would like for the user to click the button and have the lightbox come up. Can you help me with this? Snapshot provided for the button at this page:
