One-Pager: Headings, Logo, and Pictures

I am developing a one-page website. I setup the one-page along with my one-page sections.
1. My first issue are the headings. I want a large heading but none of the options in VC allow large headings. The custom header option doesn’t list any Google fonts in the drop down.
2. Next are the Unique Section IDs for the one-page sections. I have them setup correctly but if I add a heading, the menu links skip over the heading and go straight to one-page content. How do I connect the two so the menu link starts at the heading.
3. How do I override the logo size?
4. My feature picture is too big. How can I reduce it?
5. How do I create a full width picture to fill white-space? The ones I import do not extend all the way out.
6. How do I add text and buttons to the feature picture like on the demo?

If I could get these questions answered, I will be able to finish my website. If you can provide the code and where it needs to be input, I can update my files. My website is not live yet. Thanks.
