One page section: how to get height to be 100% of browser window

Hi there,

1) How can I get one One Page section to fill up 100% height of browser window (Template: Blank; Without using rev slider)?

2) How can I position a button within the above One Page section at the bottom of the brwoser window? (I am not using header nor footer.)
