Issues with Highend Theme

Hello,

I’ve been working with this theme since August 2014, and I’ve continually run into problems at every turn. There are several:

1. NO where do I find the ability to design a SITE TITLE AND TAGLINE that remains fixed.
2. Page titles and taglines are not showing up with their background image.
3. Background image is not showing up for the blog page.
4. Featured image is not showing up for the blog page.
5. Language feature is not showing up in the right hand of my top nav bar.
6. Blog posts are not posting to my blog page.

This sounds ridiculous, right? Well, I’ve spent hours viewing ALL your tutorials. I’ve re-read and redone every single aspect of this theme to make absolutely SURE all the appropriate boxes and categories were checked. As far as I can see, they are checked appropriately. And it remains that nothing is working as it should. I’m terribly frustrated, and also very disappointed.

As I’ve looked at this theme, it has more than 3K forum categories compared to merely a few hundred for the others. I’m wondering why. I know this theme is supposted to be ‘knock out fantastic’, but I’m not experiencing that at all. For me it’s been just the opposite. It’s wasted hundreds of hours of my time and I’m frustrated beyond words.

I need these issues resolved immediately. I’m finally down to the last hours before I launch on 1/1/15 at 0000. I BEG you to look into these issues and fix them. These are SERIOUS problems.
