Now I cannot get side bar on emergency water page to show up!

Ok-
I updated- and I cannot get a new page I added to show up with the side bar..
I went and checked settings in HIGHEND..and compared the ER Water page’s settings…to a previously published page- to make sure settings were identical- and the side bar will NOT show up in the ER Water page..a NEW page I just added…

PLEASE ADVISE….I NEED this to work… a very busy business is using this as their theme…and just so you know- I bought a bopy for each domain using the THEME and had it professionally installed..by the seller- MOJO- I will reach out to them..MOnday- yet..
until then..if some one could JUST PEEK and make sure it is installed properly- bc I wont mess with the file manager or go into the PHP-I dont know enough and wont muck this up for the client!
